The Midland Ganaraska Hiking Trail is hiking parts of the Blue Mountain Bruce Trail. They completed Lavender to Devil’s Glen previously, and are now hiking the remaining 3 sections of the Blue Mountain Bruce Trail, i.e. from Devil’s Glen to Swiss Meadows, for a total of 35 kms spread over 3 hikes.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a short section that is currently closed, so we will have to make a detour,<\/span><\/div>\n
adding about 2.5 kms, so total distance will be 13.5 kms.

Please bring lunch and plenty of water, and don’t forget insect spray (Yes, they are out there already!) and\/or a bug hat or bug jacket (let’s hope we don’t need it!).<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, wear sturdy boots, and preferably long pants\/long sleeves. <\/span><\/div>\n
